Dear all friends, colleagues and my fello pulsars,
Here I am back with my new blog showing reflection on my 1st week in South Africa.
Yes, the blog title tells you a lot, there are two southafrica lives within 10 mins distance where i live.
5 mins left from my guest house…you will see,
Sunshine, Ferraris, LVs, Guccis, clubs, RADOs, apples etc etc…
5 mins right from my guest house… (This time RIGHT is gone WRONG here..)
you will see,
Darkness, scarcity of water, no electricity, no food, robs, crimes, everything messed up here and absolutely there are more etc….etc….etc….
Guys, heartily welcome to South Africa’s oldest undeveloped township…MUNSIEVILLE.
Residents of Munsieville used to believe strongly:-
1) Nothing good ever happens in Munsieville.
2) No one interested in Munsieville.
Project hope UK (Thoughtful path Munsieville) showed interest and has been staying established as thoughtful path in Munsieville from past many years focusing especially on children on various sectors like health, education, sports, entrepreneur, arts and culture and many more to change the negative mentality of the community. So community now believes that there is a organisation working for them, staying with them and there is now good things happening in township from past few years.
That’s it for now, I will be back shortly with my initial success story in community from last two week’s work for my assignment on child health in my next blog. Stay tune..
Long Live Pulse!!
Till than, stay safe and have a great weekend.
