Beyond PULSE Scope of Work and the PDP Objectives

PULSE experience can be a mixture of moments; every volunteer knows this. There can be really high energy, exciting moments and then moments when you ask yourself why did I come here. Personally, reflecting on my PULSE assignment, some of the most exciting and fulfilling moments seem to be times when I just identified a need and tried to fill it. Some of these happen at the office, in the field, in the clinics, and across the streets. While at casual look, some of these may seem outside of the scope of work or PDP objectives, looking at the big picture, they are hiding in the ASMART, because they are ALIGNED with the overall mission of making people do more, feel better, and live longer.

So beyond the scope of work and PDP objectives can be real joy and fulfillment if you look a little further.

  1. I can’t wait for you to bring this positive energy and “can-do” attitude back to GSK. Safe travels and we’ll see you in a few weeks.
